Earthbeat is the first “Eco Market” and sustainability festival in Kansas City. We aspire to create a central hub in Kansas City for all of you sustainability needs. Creating a “waste-less” day-party and earth-friendly vendor marketplace with community engagement at our core.

Earth Beat Market gathers Kansas city’s exceptional local business owners, artists and organizations making sustainable strides in their practices. Providing an opportunity for community engagement and support.

Showcasing a community of Earth Citizens creating a higher standard for our city and future generations to come.

Hera and the Earthbeat Festival provides:

The venue location, all marketing materials and distribution, paid ads for marketing purposes, all communication of logistics to both guests and vendors, setting the energy of the space and bringing in community building activities that create and maintain the right energy.

We want to make this accessible to as many businesses that feel aligned to this mission as possible.  Our goal is to hold space for anyone that feels called to participate.  So, if you are a business who wants to be a part of what we are doing but is unable to make the monetary investment, get in touch with us.  We have many creative ways that you can contribute to being a part of this event.

How to apply:

  • 8X6 Vendor Space - For Profit Businesses: $99. Non Profit Businesses + Farmers: $49

  • Read over our Sustainability Principles

  • Fill out the form above. All applications must go through this form

  • Include as many samples of your work as possible via links to your website and social media channels so we can learn more about you and your business.

  • Applications will be open from March 20th-March 27th. We will let you know by April 1st of your acceptance into the market.

  • After acceptance, you will be sent an email with a payment link and have 72 hours to reserve your spot. Vendor fees are nonrefundable.
